Heated Slow Flow

60 minute practice where we slow down our flow, focusing on the breath and deeper connection to the body and mind. Some things you can expect with this class - fewer poses, but holding them for longer allowing for a deeper stretch and more focus on mindfulness. All levels welcome, modifications are offered where appropriate.

This is a heated class with temperatures ranging from 84-88 degrees in the studio.
