Heated Vinyasa

60 minute practice where movements are coordinated with breath, creating a flowing sequence of poses. It's a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class accommodates various levels from beginner to advanced, offering modifications where appropriate.

This is a heated class with temperatures ranging from 84-88 degrees in the studio.
