Yin

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and long-held poses to target the connective tissues and improve flexibility. This calming class encourages stillness, breath awareness, and deep release for both body and mind.

Class is 60 minutes and "warm" averaging around 80 degrees.
